Introduction
We have set this system up to streamline the way we do business with you.  The system helps us track our workflow and provides you one point to ask us questions, request new reports, view your reports, and view and print your invoices.  We will be rolling out additional features in the next few weeks.  We welcome any comments to help us improve this system to serve you better.

Get Started
We encourage you to read some of the new features below but to quickly get started simply fill out the form below.  Provide the username and password you used for the old portal (available here).  Provide a valid email address and your real name.  Your password will remain the same, however you can change it at will once you are inside the system.

Our email collection policy: We require your email to send you up to the minute notifications on your search requests.  We will NEVER sell or distribute your email to a third party for any reason.

New Features
Ability to Request Reports Directly Through the System: Simply login and request a new search report.  You have a space to type in what you are looking for and then you can attach files.  Think of it as sending us an email with attachments - however all information is securely stored on our server and is filed for future reference!

Ability to have additional access to your reports:  After a quick call or email to us we can set up an additional login account to access your information.  This account can have the same privelidges as you (Request New Reports/View Invoices) or the person can only have permission to view the reports.

Support/Message Center (Coming Soon): Have a question/bug report ask it through here and always have a record of our dialog directly through the system.

Invoices: As soon as our report is delivered to you an invoice is automatically generated.  You can download and print this immediately.  You can view payment status online at anytime.  (We are working to allow for electronic payments in the next few months).
